عند إتمام عملية الشراء فأنت موافق مسبقا على الشروط التالية :
– يحق لك بعد شرائك أي صورة من موقعنا ان تقوم بطباعتها لمرتين فقط كحد إقصى وللاستعمال الشخصي فقط
– يمنع نشر الصور المطبوعة في اي معرض او أي مكان عام
-لا يحق للشاري بيع أي صورة  مطبوعة تابعة لنا او الاستفادة منها ماديا بأي شكل من الأشكال
– لا يحق للمشتري الاستفادة المادية من الصور التابعة لنا من خلال بيعها او نسخها على أقراص مدمجة او الاتجار بها الكترونيا بأي شكل من الأشكال
– كما لا يحق للمشتري التصرف بالصور ونشرها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بجودة عالية منعا لاستغلالها من قبل اشخاص آخرين
– يجب الحرص على محو الصور عن أي قرص او حاسوب بعد طباعتها في أي مركز طباعة وذلك حرصا على عدم استغلال الصور من قبل أصحاب او موظفي المركز بأي شكلٍ من الأشكال
– تبقى حقوق الملكية الأساسية للصور خاصة بنا، بما يرتب على الشاري عند مخالفة أي شرط من الشروط المذكورة أعلاه الملاحقة القانونية والقضائية ضمن الفقرات الخاصة بحماية الملكية الفكرية المنصوص عليها في القانون

Upon completing the purchase, you agree in advance to the following conditions:
– After purchasing any image from our website, you have the right to print it for a maximum of two times only and for personal use only
It is forbidden to publish printed photos in any exhibition or public place
– The buyer has no right to sell any printed image belonging to us or make material use of it in any way
The buyer does not have the right to benefit financially from the images belonging to us by selling them, copying them on CDs, or trading them electronically in any way.
– The buyer also has no right to dispose of the photos and publish them on social media sites with high quality to prevent their exploitation by other people.
-Care must be taken to erase the images from any disk or computer after printing them in any printing center, to ensure that the images are not exploited by the owners or employees of the center in any way.
– The basic property rights of the images remain ours, in a manner that results in the buyer when violating any of the conditions mentioned above, legal and judicial prosecution within the provisions relating to the protection of intellectual property stipulated in the law.
